Prior to joining The Burscombe Group, all of our consultants have gained substantial experience within the larger, world-class management consultancy firms. In addition, all have held senior positions within the financial services sector.

We concentrate on the financial services sector  

Many of our consultants have worked in other industry sectors as well as financial services. However, our primary focus is on insurance and banking where we have breadth of experience, depth of understanding, vision and insight.

We are infinitely flexible in the way that we provide resources

Our consultants tend to work individually or in small groups within cross-functional client teams. We also provide individual consultants to work on a project or interim management basis, if required.
